After falling behind 2-1, the Oakville Titans scored the next 5 goals, while holding the visiting Sarnia Beavers scoreless for nearly 35 minutes of play. This allowed the Titans to build enough of a cushion hold off the Beavers by a final score of 9-5.

Goaltender J. Preece was simply phenomenal between the pipes tonight and the defence was nearly flawless for most of the game.

The Titans are now on the road for their next 4 games, before returning to Glen Abbey on June 10th when we will again meet the Sarnia Beavers.

The Titans dropped a heartbreaker to the St.Catharines Saints on Sunday. The Titans lead for most of the contest but were unable to score in the final 11 minutes to even the game.
The Titans return to action on Saturday May 12th vs. the Sarnia Beavers. Game time is 7:00pm at Glen Abbey Arena.

This past weekend, The Titans split their 2 games. We travelled to St.Catharines on Friday night to face the defending Ontario Champions and lost a see-saw battle 20-15. We were within 2 goals late, but couldn’t quite pull it off. Full of confidence from our game the night before, we opened our Home Schedule with an 11-7 victory of our arch rivals from Owen Sound. The Titans played disciplined, fast paced lacrosse and in the end, we took the 2 points.

A short handed Oakville Titans squad kicked off their 2012 campaign with a hard earned 14-12 win over the newest addition to the Sr B League, the Sarnia Beavers. This win was pure heart and a never quit attitude.

Goaltender Mike Cregan was PHENOMENAL between the pipes, earning his first Sr.B victory of his young career!

Our next action is a road game in St.Catharines on Friday April 27th, before we kick off our home schedule with a game at Glen Abbey Arena on SATURDAY APRIL 28th vs. the Owen Sound North Stars.
